Zombie Bathhouse is at the Center On Halsted’s Hoover-Leppen Theatre as a Halloween theatrical spectacular. Zombie Bathhouse is directed by Dan Foss, with book by Brian Kirst, and music and lyrics by Scott Free. A zombie outbreak threatens to turn the local bathhouse patrons into flesh-eating ghouls. But within the outbreak, Zombie Bathhouse is also a story of love and acceptance in the LGBT community.

The Haunted Hearse Club is doing their best to keep you busy in October! They’re kicking of the Friday the 13th Weekend with 3 days of terrifying tomfoolery and shriek-worth shenanigans including a zombie prom, hearse show and truck or treat at the Brauerhouse, corner of Route 53 & North Ave. in Lombard. Festivities will include costume contests, zombie pinup girls, vendors, contests where you can win a real casket, live bands and much more!

Your Worst Nightmare presents, ‘Shriek! An Improvised Horror Anthology.’ Just in time for the Halloween season, Your Worst Nightmare brings your favorite horror movie tropes to life, subverts them, and then buries them in the ground, until they come back to life and try to murder us. Each week the cast focuses on a different subgenre of horror, with the help of Chicago horror film director Matt Storc. Shriek will feature different guest appearances from Your Worst Nightmare’s favorite improvisers in the city.
Featuring: Rob Holmes, Rainey Wright and Daniel Westheimer!
Mondays at 8:30, October 2nd-23rd at 8:30PM in Judy’s Beat Lounge
