Cinéma vérité feature film, Panteon Woods, Premieres at the Logan Theatre on November 14
After eighteen years of creating award winning short films, local Director Michael Ramova premieres his first feature film Panteon Woods at the Logan Theatre (2646 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60647) on November 14th at 5:30 pm, introducing the public to his own brand of cinéma vérité.
“There was literally no money, just determination and a script. I thought to myself, ‘I just want to shoot this thing, and I have a lot to say.’ It worked out for the best. If the film had been shot as a glossy production, it would have lacked the realism that we ultimately achieved.” Michael Ramova (Director).
Ramova prepares to launch Panteon Woods, an exciting thriller with shocking twists, proving that quality entertainment can come from even the smallest of budgets. Tickets are available online via Eventbrite.com.

A zombie outbreak has fallen upon the land in this reimagining of Jane Austen’s classic tale of the tangled relationships between lovers from different social classes in 19th century England. Feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet (Lily James) is a master of martial arts and weaponry and the handsome Mr. Darcy (Sam Riley) is a fierce zombie killer, yet the epitome of upper class prejudice. As the zombie outbreak intensifies, they must swallow their pride and join forces on the blood-soaked battlefield in order to conquer the undead once and for all.
Pride and Prejudice and Zombies hits theaters nationwide on February 5, 2016.
