For 37 years, audiences have followed small town friends Reggie, Mike, and Jody in their quest to stop the evil, dimension-hopping schemes of The Tall Man (Angus Scrimm in his final performance) and his armada of killer Sentinel Spheres. Now, Don Coscarelli’s acclaimed horror/sci-fi Phantasm franchise comes to a close in a truly epic finale, a multi-dimensional battle across multiple timelines, alien planets, and altered realities, where no less than the fate of Earth is on the line.
NOTE: Phantasm: Remastered, the 4K restoration of the movie that started it all, will also be playing at the Muvico Rosemont 18 on the 7th – details and tickets at http://www.wellgousa.com/theatrical/phantasm-remastered.
ADDENDUM: Flashback Weekend is presenting both films as a double-feature – Phantasm Remastered at 8:00 pm and RaVager at 10:00! Details at https://www.carmike.com/il/muvico-rosemont-18-rosemont-il/film-info/phantasmremastered-ravager-df.Leave a Comment Go to Post...
La Casa de Satanas is a highly interactive, performance art based, occult inspired performance loosely based on the theme of “haunted house”. We are in our fourth year and it is created/hosted by local avant-garde working artists from the Pilsen neighborhood. The performance will be visually/aurally stunning and provocative. The themes will be topical, current, and explore our deepest fears.
In past year; participants enjoyed cocktails, were made to crawl, were blindfolded, danced, and even laughed. Violence, gore, nudity? Yes.
